1 Service Overview
Zivo Rent ("Service") is a portable power bank rental service. By using the Zivo Rent mobile application ("App") and renting a power bank, you ("User", "Customer") agree to the following terms.
2 How It Works
- The User downloads the Zivo Rent app, creates an account, and adds a valid payment method.
- To start a rental, the User scans the QR code on a Zivo station.
- To end a rental, the User returns the power bank to any Zivo station by inserting it into an available slot.
- The rental ends automatically once the power bank is successfully returned.
3 Pricing
Rental fees are charged as follows:

| Next 22 hours | $5.00 CAD |
| Every additional 24 hours | $8.00 CAD |
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be updated from time to time; the current rates are always displayed in the App.
4 Payment & Authorization
- A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to use the Service.
- By starting a rental, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all rental fees incurred.
- A temporary hold may be placed on your card at the time of rental.
5 Non-Return of Power Bank
If a power bank is not returned within 72 hours of the start of the rental, it will be considered lost or stolen. In this case, a replacement fee of $45.00 CAD will be charged to the payment method on file, in addition to any accumulated rental fees.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this charge.
6 User Responsibilities
- Handle the power bank with reasonable care.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or damage the power bank.
- Return the power bank to a Zivo station in the same condition it was received.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the power bank during your rental period.
7 Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any damage to your device caused by using the power bank.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in question.
8 Privacy
- We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service (name, email, payment information).
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
9 Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
